Job Description

  • Building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships with accountable leads, customer budget holders and wider stakeholders, Steering and influencing senior leadership to make informed decisions that balance short term priorities..
  • Working collaboratively with the business and other functions to enable the delivery of business plans and objectives.
  • Flexibility in undertaking duties unique to the needs of the business area and supporting the business to resolve complex problems.
  • Working collaboratively with Finance teams and other functions to ensure that senior leadership have the right information and advice.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities to support the organisation's goals.
  • Delivering improvements in financial awareness and acumen across their business areas.
  • Setting the direction, empowering, inspiring, motivating, and coaching team members to enable effective delivery of objectives and supporting individual's personal development and careers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner will have:

  • Active Security Clearance.
  • Professional qualifications in finance, such as CIPFA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Live in London or Greater N,W & S London
  • A track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
