Job Description

  • Partner with senior leaders to provide insight, challenge and strategic guidance on performance and growth opportunities
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • Support and influence commercial decision-making, including pricing strategies and profitability initiatives
  • Deliver robust financial modelling, analysis and performance reporting to inform business planning
  • Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning across multiple business areas
  • Drive improvements in operational efficiency and financial processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with non-finance teams
  • Contribute to key projects, change initiatives and the evolution of the commercial finance function



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for a commercially minded finance leader with the ability to influence at the highest levels:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
  • Proven background in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles within complex organisations
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance
  • Highly analytical, with advanced financial modelling capabilities
  • Confident communicator, able to present complex ideas clearly and constructively challenge leadership
  • Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
