  • Address tenant issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure maintenance and safety standards are upheld.

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on tenancy and property management activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Housing Officer should have:
