Job Description

The Role.

  • Deliver internal & external events and conferences
  • Manage BD plans for global practice groups
  • Support lawyers with international BD trips (materials, scheduling, follow‑up)
  • Maintain CRM data and assist with reporting
  • Coordinate BD campaigns with global marketing teams
  • Contribute to firmwide BD projects and growth initiatives
  • Build strong relationships across London & international offices



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Marketing BD Executive should have:

  • A proven track record in marketing and business development within the Business Services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and trends.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A solid understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Experience in events/logistics (developing or established)
  • Confident, proactive, positive communicator
  • Resilient and calm under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • CRM experience helpful (not essential)
  • Keen to learn and develop



Desirable:

  • Marketing qualification (e.g. CIM)
  • Law‑firm experience would be a distinct advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
