They are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager - Platform & Issuer Growth to help promote and grow the firm's strongest brand proposition globally.This is a senior, broad marketing role focused on supporting the growth of the firm's white-label service among asset managers, hedge funds, investment boutiques and other financial institutions considering launching ETFs or ETCs. The target audience will include senior decision makers, founders, CEOs, CIOs, heads of product, heads of distribution and other C-suite stakeholders globally.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager:Lead marketing activity to promote their white-label ETF and ETC platform to asset managers, hedge funds, investment boutiques and other potential issuer partners.Work closely with the business development team to support lead generation, prospect nurturing, relationship development and commercial growth.Develop and deliver campaigns targeting senior decision makers at asset management firms globally.Establish a close working relationship with ETF ecosystem participants including law firms, capital markets, custody banks, index provider, exchanges etc. to fully own and deliver the "How to Enter the UCITS ETF Market" / HTE campaign across webinars, events, digital activity and business development follow-up.Create high-quality marketing materials to support business development conversations, including the quarterly publication - Exchange Traded Europe, pitch decks, brochures, thought leadership, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages, event materials and sales enablement content.Build a strong understanding of different investment product structures, including ETFs, ETCs, mutual funds, investment trusts and other fund vehicles, and use this knowledge to create commercially relevant marketing messaging.Plan and deliver events, roundtables, webinars, conferences and other issuer-facing activity - proprietary and 3rd party.Manage newsletters and regular communications targeted at potential issuer partners, intermediaries and industry stakeholders.Work with internal teams across business development, product, capital markets, research, sales, compliance and senior leadership to ensure marketing activity is accurate, compliant and commercially useful.Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, event organisers, media partners, design agencies, content providers, CRM partners and other marketing vendors.Support thought leadership around ETF market growth, active ETFs, white-label structures, UCITS ETFs, product innovation and global ETF trends.Use digital marketing channels to support platform growth, including email marketing, LinkedIn, paid campaigns, website content, landing pages and CRM-led nurture journeys.Bring structure, momentum and clear prioritisation to a wide range of marketing projects.Act as a senior support to the Marketing Director, taking ownership of key workstreams and helping to relieve pressure across the wider marketing function.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate for the Senior Marketing Manager role:EssentialStrong marketing experience within asset management, ETFs, investment management, financial services or a closely related sector.Good understanding of investment product structures, including ETFs, mutual funds, investment trusts and other fund vehicles.Experience marketing to institutional, professional or senior B2B financial services audiences.Good commercial judgement and an understanding of how marketing supports revenue growth.Ability to understand complex investment, product and commercial concepts and turn them into clear marketing messages.Broad marketing experience across campaigns, events, content, digital marketing, email marketing and sales enablement.Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, credible and commercially focused content.Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite, founders, executives, portfolio managers etcStrong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.Experience managing external agencies, vendors or marketing partners.Comfortable working in a regulated environment where accuracy, compliance and attention to detail are essential.Proactive, hands-on and comfortable taking ownership.PreferredDirect experience in ETFs, ETCs, UCITS funds or white-label fund platforms.Experience marketing to asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, private banks or institutional investors.Understanding of the ETF ecosystem, including issuers, index providers, market makers, authorised participants, exchanges and distribution platforms.Experience supporting international marketing activity across the US, Canada, Europe, Asia or Australia.Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, LinkedIn campaigns, webinar platforms and analytics tools.Experience delivering webinar or event-led campaigns for senior B2B or institutional audiences.Experience creating thought leadership or educational content for senior investment management audiences.Experience supporting product launches, partnership campaigns or new market entry activity.What's on OfferCompetitiveContactRebecca MooreQuote job refJN-062026-7051950Phone number+44 20 7269 2146Job summaryJob functionMarketing & AgencySubsectorFinancial ServicesSectorFinancial ServicesLocationLondonContract typePermanentConsultant nameRebecca MooreConsultant phone+44 20 7269 2146Job referenceJN-062026-7051950
