If you can do this, then you will have an illustrious career here.Job DescriptionManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Identify and attract high-quality candidates using various sourcing methods.Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and candidates.Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.Provide market insights and advice to clients and candidates within the business services industry.Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies. As this Senior Recruitment Consultant for Michael Page your responsibilities will include:Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business.You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery.Additionally, you will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond.
