Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team during your shift.
  • Ensure all operations comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet targets.
  • Oversee stock movements, including receiving, storing and dispatching goods.
  • Identify and resolve any operational issues promptly.
  • Support team development through training and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for operational performance.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Shift Team Leader should have:

  • Experience in logistics or a related industrial environment.
