Job Description

  • Manage supply planning activities to achieve high service levels and ensure timely product availability.
  • Coordinate logistics, production planning, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee stock reconciliation across systems, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate data.
  • Support the supply side of new product launches and manage periodic rework activities with partners.
  • Maintain and manage demand forecasting models, including monthly planning and forecast accuracy review.
  • Provide packaging or compliance‑related data to relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Contribute to general supply chain tasks, process improvements, and cross‑team support where needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Specialist should have:

  • Experience within the FMCG industry a must.
  • Educated to degree level with 2-4 years' experience in a supply chain or planning environment.
  • Experienced working with ERP or planning systems, with advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • A strong communicator who collaborates well with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Highly organised, detail‑focused, and proactive in resolving issues.
  • Comfortable working independently, showing curiosity and a willingness to challenge existing processes.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to interpret data and support decision‑making.
