Job Description

  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project progress and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
  • Ensure all construction activities meet safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address project requirements and challenges.
  • Provide technical advice and support as required.
  • Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with construction activities.
  • Ensure adherence to public sector regulations and policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Surveyor should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in construction or a related field.
  • Experience in conducting site surveys and inspections.
  • Strong knowledge of public sector construction regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
