Job Description

  • Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Creating compelling job advertisements that effectively communicate organisational values, culture, and unique employment opportunities.
  • Managing job postings and maintaining timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Identifying and leveraging appropriate recruitment channels to support hiring needs across new and existing locations.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, prioritise vacancies, and meet recruitment objectives.
  • Enhancing the candidate journey from initial engagement through to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
  • Supporting hiring managers with candidate tracking and recruitment administration through applicant management systems.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, training providers, and employment support organisations to build and sustain talent pipelines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within the business services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing and selection techniques.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
