Job Description

  • Prepare and review self-assessment tax returns for individuals and sole traders.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns.
  • Provide tax planning advice to a range of clients, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  • Support clients with HMRC enquiries and investigations, offering expert guidance.
  • Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide detailed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated professional services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and industry changes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tax Senior should have:

  • A recognised tax or accountancy qualification, such as ATT, CTA, or ACA.
  • Proven expertise in tax compliance and advisory within professional services.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
  • Confidence in managing client relationships and providing tailored advice.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
