Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.

  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
  • Assist with scheduling and diary management for key personnel.
  • Support the preparation and formatting of reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed by the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Admin should have:
