Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the organisation of team events and meetings, including handling logistics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience as Team Assistant in the retail/creative background
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with the business services sector is advantageous but not essential.
