Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounting activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Support ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Accountant should have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification ACA or ACCA.
  • Audit background.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and principles (IFRS)
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
