Job Description

Our client is seeking an immediately available Finance Business Partner to join on a 3-month contract within its manufacturing division. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can quickly integrate and deliver value from day one.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with operations and commercial teams to support decision-making
  • Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Provide insightful variance analysis and performance reporting
  • Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities across manufacturing
  • Challenge and support stakeholders to improve financial performance
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

The Successful Applicant

Key requirements:

  • Proven Finance Business Partnering experience within manufacturing
  • Ability to hit the ground running with little guidance
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) desirable
  • Immediately available for a 3-month contract
