Job Description

  • Manage tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with housing policies.
  • Handle tenancy-related queries, providing clear and practical advice.
  • Conduct property inspections and address tenancy issues promptly.
  • Work closely with other departments to support tenant needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenancy activities and documentation.
  • Assist with resolving disputes and implementing tenancy solutions.
  • Support the implementation of tenancy policies and procedures.
  • Ensure housing regulations and standards are met at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tenancy Specialist should have:

  • Experience in property management or tenancy-related roles.
  • Knowledge of housing policies and regulations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
