Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and programmes across the business
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of learning activities
  • Prepare training materials, joining instructions, and logistical arrangements (venues, virtual platforms, equipment)
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and compliance documentation
  • Support the administration of learning management systems (LMS) and training portals
  • Respond to learner and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with reporting on training activity, completion rates, and programme effectiveness
  • Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team as required

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous experience in a training coordination, L&D, or similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • High attention to detail and strong record‑keeping abilities
  • Experience using learning management systems (LMS) or similar platforms (desirable)
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • The ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
  • Experience working in a professional services or regulated environment (desirable)
