You will get on the job training from an experienced management team as well as benefiting from a thorough on-boarding programme to ensure you transition successfully into the role. Working in Nottingham but with occasional travel to other offices in the UK and client premises.

Job Description

  • undertaking analysis and reporting on the financial position of the business as part of Transaction Services engagements, which include PE buyside, PE portfolio bolt-ons, Corporate acquisitions, Vendor Assistance, Vendor Due Diligence, Refinancing and IPO readiness;
  • representing the business in the wider professional community through marketing activities and developing your own professional network;
  • contributing to key account management and online presence through thought leadership articles;
  • opportunities to widen your skill set by working on Corporate Advisory projects, such as financial modeling, cash flow management and other M&A work.

The Successful Applicant

  • Very bright ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Background in Transaction Services, Audit or Restructuring
  • High energy and dynamic
  • Hardworking and hold a big interest in Transaction Services

  • £48,000 salary plus discretionary bonus scheme, based on company performance
