This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's funding, treasury and capital management strategy. Working within a high-performing finance team, you will support a substantial debt portfolio, oversee treasury governance activities, and contribute to an active acquisition and growth agenda.

Job Description

  • Take ownership of the Group's senior debt facilities, ensuring ongoing compliance with all funding agreements and reporting obligations.
  • Manage debt covenant calculations, monitoring and reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain the Group Treasury Policy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk appetite.
  • Support funding requirements for acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Manage interest rate risk exposure and provide recommendations on hedging strategies.
  • Oversee liquidity management and the investment of surplus cash in line with treasury policies.
  • Prepare materials and reporting for lenders, banking partners and credit rating agencies.
  • Lead banking and lender KYC processes.
  • Partner with finance leadership to optimise corporate and financing structures.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and treasury operations where required.
  • Drive process improvements across treasury systems, controls and reporting capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Treasury Manager (Treasury) should have:

  • ACT or equivalent professional qualification would be preferred.
  • Post-qualification experience in corporate finance, treasury, funding or group finance environments.
  • Strong knowledge of debt facilities, covenant compliance, liquidity management and financial risk management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience delivering process improvements and enhancing financial controls.
