I'm recruiting a Treasury Technology Manager to delivery treasury tech projects and support the continued growth of a high-performing advisory client of mine.Job DescriptionThis role requires previous experience in treasury system selection, implementation, upgrades and integrations, alongside stakeholder management and commercial awareness. You will work closely with senior treasury stakeholders to design and deliver technology solutions that enhance efficiency, control, security and complianceKey ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryLead and manage the full lifecycle of treasury technology projects from initiation to closure.Define scope, objectives and detailed project plans.Manage budgets, timelines, resources and project risks.Ensure adherence to project governance, methodologies and control frameworks.Provide hands-on technical and advisory support to clients.System SelectionLead treasury management system (TMS) evaluations and vendor selection processes.Conduct vendor assessments and support RFP and due diligence activities.Support commercial negotiations and contracting.Implementation & UpgradesOversee implementations and upgrades of treasury systems and related technologies.Coordinate internal client teams and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.Minimise disruption to business-as-usual operations.Systems IntegrationManage integrations between treasury platforms and wider enterprise systems.Ensure data accuracy, integrity and efficient end-to-end workflows.Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new advisory opportunities.Support proposal development and client presentations.Contribute to thought leadership and market-facing initiatives.Client & Team EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.The Successful ApplicantMaster's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant professional qualification (e.g. AMCT).Proven experience delivering treasury technology projects (TMS selection, implementation, upgrades, integrations).Experience gained within a corporate treasury function, advisory/consulting environment, or treasury technology vendor.Strong understanding of treasury operations and processes.Hands-on experience with treasury management systems and related technologies.Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, data security and controls.Experience with data migration and system integration.Strong project management and leadership capability.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Full fluency in written and spoken English.Strong analytical, problem-solving and report-writing skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.Motivation to build a long-term career in advisory services.What's on OfferSalary range of £70,000 to £75,000.bonus based on performanceOpportunity to work on high-profile treasury technology and transformation projects.Exposure to senior treasury stakeholders across corporate and private equity environments.Clear career progression within a growing advisory team.Hybrid working model based in London.Strong emphasis on professional development and continuous learning.ContactCraig PerkinsQuote job refJN-122025-6906430Phone number+442072692354Job summaryJob functionTreasurySubsectorTreasurySectorBusiness ServicesLocationLondonContract typePermanentConsultant nameCraig PerkinsConsultant phone+442072692354Job referenceJN-122025-6906430
