Job Description

  • Inspect void properties to assess repair and maintenance requirements.
  • Prepare detailed schedules of work and cost estimates for refurbishment projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of works.
  • Conduct post-inspection of completed works to confirm quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on property conditions and maintenance activities.
  • Identify and address any issues that may delay the re-letting of properties.
  • Liaise with tenants and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Voids Surveyor should have:
