Job Description

The Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement insurance strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Oversee all insurance-related activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Analyse insurance policies to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and manage insurance contracts.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance matters to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and assess market trends to recommend improvements to existing policies.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive insurance reports to senior management.
  • Lead and guide a team to achieve departmental goals effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful UAEN VP Insurance should have:
