Job Description

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to keep the movement and handling of goods running smoothly.
  • Plan and coordinate Logistics activities to support efficient warehouse workflows.
  • Monitor operational priorities and address issues that may affect the flow of goods.
  • Maintain clear oversight of warehouse activity to support consistent service delivery.
  • Coordinate the use of warehouse space and resources to keep operations organised.
  • Work with relevant teams to align warehouse activity with daily Logistics requirements.
  • Review warehouse processes and identify practical ways to improve day-to-day operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse Operations Manager should have:

  • Experience managing day-to-day warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Logistics processes within a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate the movement of goods effectively.
  • Experience monitoring operational activity and resolving day-to-day issues.
  • Confidence organising warehouse priorities and resources.
  • Ability to improve practical warehouse processes.
