This role requires an experienced Interim Operations Manager to oversee and ensure smooth operations within the FMCG industry. The position is based in Inverness region and focuses on managing site activities effectively and ensuring operational excellence.
As Interim Site Leader in the FMCG industry, you will lead and engage the Manufacturing teams at the site to deliver daily customer service targets with effective resource planning, whilst managing HSE, Quality, Food Safety and cost. This will be an interim assignment lasting min 6 months.
As Site Leader, you will have full P&L and operational responsibility for the site, driving performance across safety, quality, service, cost, and people. Operating in a high-volume, high-change environment, you will set clear direction, build capability within the leadership team, and embed a culture of operational excellence.
