
You will be responsible for the support of all Online Booking Tools (OBTs) as agreed globally for clients. You must be able to troubleshoot, have strong communication skills, good negotiation skills and knowledge of OBTs is a must. Support is provided to both internal and external users.

You will be responsible for the support of all global traveller systems with the world's leading corporate travel management company. You will become the subject matter expert for all aspects of the internally developed products as well as being a key bridge coordinating support activities with all other global tools. You will lead the support effort across multiple products and systems as well as with other members of the broader global support group.
