An excellent opportunity has arisen for an In-House Plot Sales Conveyancer to join a well-known legal team supporting a major residential developer in Manchester. This is a hands on, fast paced role managing new build plot sales matters from instruction through to completion, with hybrid working and an immediate start.
The Conveyancer role lets you take ownership of the entire new‑home sale journey, driving smooth, high‑quality transactions that directly help my client hit their ambitious targets. This role focuses on preparing software quotations, managing licence agreements, and supporting clients through procurement and technical access processes.
