Primarily office based with one day a week WFH, flexible hours and part time (4 days) or full time working arrangements equally viable to explore.Job DescriptionJoining the firm as a Accountancy Practice Manager based from their Weston-Super-Mare offices you will take on managing the provision of varied year end accounts, tax and wider general practice services to a mixed and wide ranging client base. You will be carving a key role within this office and firm working closely with the leadership team, managing and leading a wider team, reviewing work and supporting junior staff in their development and undertaking an overall office managerial role. There will be scope to carve a key position within this growing office and progress in your career with chance to help grow and develop this office through business development activity and lead on the recruitment of further professionals into this officeThe Successful ApplicantYou may be any of AAT, ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA qualified, or suitably experienced only with a career background developed within accountancy practice to the managerial levels. You will have a recent career background working for an accountancy practice, in either a hands on and/or, entirely review and managerial capacity.
