Job Description

  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable tasks.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data entry and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Handle queries related to accounts and payments professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to meet deadlines.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial processes as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • SAP S4 Hanna
  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within the Life Science industry.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a small-sized company.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
