The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant role, with hands-on knowledge of sales invoicing, accounts payable, expenses, VAT, and bank reconciliations. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using Xero is essential, and you will possess strong communication skills, enabling you to build effective relationships across the business and confidently challenge stakeholders and suppliers when required. An AAT qualification (or working towards one) would be advantageous but is not essential. Most importantly, you'll be proactive, eager to learn, and keen to take ownership within a growing organisation where you can make a genuine impact.
