Job Description

  • Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
  • Gain exposure to reporting across multiple international entities and jurisdictions.
  • Assist with month-end processes, intercompany accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Work closely with finance teams across multiple countries
  • Develop your commercial finance knowledge through reporting, analysis and process improvement projects.
  • Play a key role in automation and AI initiatives aimed at improving finance processes and efficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role within the infrastructure industry is advantageous.
  • Studying towards an ACCA/CIMA/AAT
  • Confident with journals, reconciliations, accruals and prepayments.
  • Proactive, organised and able to manage their own workload.
  • Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
  • Interested in technology, automation and AI within finance.
