TaxCalc and Xero are main accounting software and the firm provides a supportive, team cultured environment with mix of home to office working on offer, once settled into the firm and role post probation.Job DescriptionJoining as an Accounts Senior based in the firms Paignton office you will be prepare year end accounts and tax returns, alongside managing the hands on delivery of VAT compliance and further range of general accountancy practice services, to a mixed and varied client base of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies up to into the £millions of turnover. You will carve a key, highly valued and long term position within this long serving, close knit team and firm environmentThe Successful ApplicantYou will have a career background developed in accountancy practice, working for small, medium or larger accountancy firms in your career history preparing year end accounts, tax and providing other associated practice services to sole traders, partnerships and limited companies as an Accounts Senior, or similar level professional with at least one to two years, or considerably more experience developed within an accountancy firm so far.. You may be AAT qualified, or level 3 / 4 etc studying or purely focused on experience only through your career and will be seeking a new career move within a successful, highly regarded firm of accountants, where you can see the potential for a long term career move on offer.What's on Offer £27,000 - £33,000 dependent on level of experience and background.
