Job Description

  • Process and review applications accurately and within deadlines.
  • Communicate with applicants regarding their application status.
  • Maintain and update admissions records in relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of admissions activities.
  • Handle queries from prospective applicants and provide accurate information.
  • Assist in organising admissions events or interviews as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Generate reports and provide data insights for admissions analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Admissions Officer should have:

  • Experience in education administrative or admissions-related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using office software and admissions systems.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
