Job Description

  • Manage contracts for AI systems and technologies, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
  • Oversee procurement activities, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies effectively.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational needs and align contracts accordingly.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best outcomes.
  • Ensure that all contracts comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports on contract performance and procurement activities.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Contract Manager should have:

  • Experience in contract management within procurement or supply chain functions.
