The business is open to candidates with a broad range of AI exposure, recognising diverse skill sets and perspectives in the AI field. They are seeking individuals who can develop deep expertise, contribute meaningfully over the long term, and play a key role in building and shaping the future capability of the Treasury team.The key requirements include:Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate) and/or Copilot tools essentialExposure to data analysis, reporting, or basic machine learning conceptsAwareness of data flows and system integration (e.g. APIs)Background in finance, treasury, or related field with an understanding of core treasury concepts (cash, liquidity, FX, risk)Strong interest in process improvement and practical problem-solvingAbility to translate business challenges into structured, actionable solutionsAnalytical mindset with clear stakeholder communication skillsComfortable operating in evolving, ambiguous environments with a proactive, self-directed learning approachResilient, outcome-focused, and pragmatic in deliveryStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholdersWhat's on OfferThis is a unique opportunity to get ahead of the AI curve and help build innovative, real-world AI solutions within finance and treasury operations.
