As an eCommerce Account Manager - Amazon UK, you will be responsible for driving online sales and managing key accounts within the FMCG industry. This role requires expertise in Amazon Strategy and Execution account management to ensure business growth and success.

Job Description

  • Manage and develop the Amazon UK account to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Manage a £10m P&L full accountability
  • Oversee and execute performance marketing activity across Amazon Ads Console, DSP and Search, optimising ROAS and conversion
  • Deliver digital shelf excellence and customer experience improvements using tools such as Profitero and ABVP
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing and sales strategies.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure product listings are optimised for search visibility and conversion rates



Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Define and execute strategic plans to deliver growth targets across Pure Play channels
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade, Media and Commercial teams to align brand and channel objectives
  • Manage the agency relationship for AMS + DSP Amazon activations

Innovation & Test & Learn:

  • Drive a digital-first mindset by delveloping and executing a robust Test & Learn roadmap to support innovation and global learning
  • Identify new routes to market and emerging Pure Play opportunities, bringing forward actionable recommendations

Collaboration & Influence

  • Act as an eCommerce subject-matter expert within the UK Business, influencing internal stakeholders and advocating for digital best practices
  • Represent the UK in relevant regional and global eCommerce projects and conversations (NO TEAM LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Amazon UK - Senior Account Manager (eCommerce) will have:

  • Track record of Amazon Account Management
  • Strong commercial accumen with a track record of delivering against revenue and profit goals
  • Direct P&L account management, ideally with Amazon
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, particularly Amazon UK.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful online sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices relevant to eCommerce.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
  • FMCG/CPG experience preferred
