Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operational performance across a large FMCG manufacturing area.
  • Drive safety, quality, productivity and cost performance.
  • Manage and develop operational teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Lead continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Act as the senior operational decision-maker outside normal business hours.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced operations leader from an FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Strong people manager with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, safety and operational excellence.
  • Confident making decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience would be advantageous.
