Job Description

Reporting to the UK and Ireland Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of retail accounts across your territory. You will focus on driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:



  • Managing and growing existing retail accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets


  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the territory


  • Building strong, long-term relationships with key customers


  • Delivering compelling product presentations and range reviews


  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity


  • Working collaboratively with internal teams including marketing and customer support

The Successful Applicant



  • Ideally Proven experience in a field-based sales role, ideally within consumer goods, toys, giftware, stationery, or similar sectors
  • Will consider a sales focused retail background
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering against targets


  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills


  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a large geographic territory


  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team


  • Full UK driving licence required
