Job Description

  • Support the category lead and fashion lead in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage communication with factories to ensure smooth production and delivery processes.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Prepare detailed reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Account Manager should have:

  • Previous experience within the FMCG industry, particularly in fashion or related areas.
  • Familiarity with factory operations and production processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
