The role involves maintaining accurate client onboarding and and ensuring regulatory requirements are fully met throughout the account lifecycle. You will provide operational and administrative support to Front Office teams by managing payments, trades, and ongoing servicing for HNW clients.

This opportunity is with the wealth management arm of an international private banking group who provide bespoke wealth management services for HNW and UHNW clients. They deliver tailored investment and family office solutions across global markets, with a large presence across the UK.

Job Description

  • Manage client onboarding and account lifecycle documentation, including account openings, static data updates, account closures, and ongoing review materials.
  • Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to Front Office teams servicing HNWI and UHNWI clients.
  • Handle core account operations, including payment initiation and verification, trade input, and ongoing due diligence across the full account lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • 2-3 years' experience within the financial sector environment, with practical client onboarding experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with prior client facing experience preferred.
  • Strong educational background is desirable (degree or equivalent is preferred).
  • Strong organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A collaborative team player with a professional work ethic and commitment to high standards.
