The firm is known for investing heavily in training, mentoring, wellbeing initiatives, and flexible working, making it an excellent destination for hard-working lawyers seeking a long-term career move.Job DescriptionManaging a varied caseload of commercial and residential property disputes.Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters, land disputes, and wider property litigation issues.Running matters from pre-action stages through to trial and resolution.Representing clients at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings where required.Work as a collective with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver exceptional client service and commercially focused solutions.The Successful ApplicantA solicitor or equivalent with 6-8 years' PQE with a strong record of contentious property work.Experienced in handling both commercial and residential property disputes.Capable of managing complex files and overseeing matters from inception to conclusion.Commercially aware, with the ability to provide practical and strategic legal advice.An excellent communicator with proven client relationship management skills.Proactive in business development and networking activities.A team player with strong people and presentation skills.Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards of serviceWhat's on OfferThis is more than just another Property Litigation role.
