Job Description

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property disputes.
  • Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters, land disputes, and wider property litigation issues.
  • Running matters from pre-action stages through to trial and resolution.
  • Representing clients at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings where required.
  • Work as a collective with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver exceptional client service and commercially focused solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 6-8 years' PQE with a strong record of contentious property work.
  • Experienced in handling both commercial and residential property disputes.
  • Capable of managing complex files and overseeing matters from inception to conclusion.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to provide practical and strategic legal advice.
  • An excellent communicator with proven client relationship management skills.
  • Proactive in business development and networking activities.
  • A team player with strong people and presentation skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards of service
