Job Description

  • Lead and manage audit assignments for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in line with regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring their development.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Identify and address potential audit risks with appropriate measures.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Support the team with technical advice and guidance when needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Senior should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or auditing (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple audits and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff.
