Travel to London would be required 4 times per year (paid for by the organisation.) The role is focused on helping to shape and deliver technology and strategic initiatives that make a difference.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a collaborative and curious Business Analyst who enjoys solving problems and making a real difference. You will have experience in eliciting requirements, creating diagrams and maps of processes/systems, shaping change that improves products and services, working with teams across a variety of business areas, using appropriate techniques, to understand challenges.You will be comfortable in defining needs and have assisted delivery of solutions that are practical, inclusive and measurableThe successful candidate will help produce artefacts to aid the understanding of business problems and opportunities, explore where the organisation is and what needs to change, along with defining what successful outcomes will look like.You will work across both Products/Services and Projects, supporting change from early discovery through to design, development, testing and implementation.The ideal candidate will bring a strong grounding in business analysis and a practical, people-centred approach to change.They will have good time management skills and will be able to work with ambiguity, ask good questions, structure information clearly, and help teams move from problem definition to agreed outcomes.They will be a self-starter with good stakeholder engagement skills and have knowledge of diagramming and mapping techniquesThe Successful ApplicantProven experience in business analysis, including requirements engineering, diagramming and process mapping.Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Experience working across the project delivery lifecycle.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including in remote and physical workplace settings.Ability to communicate ideas and technical information clearly, effectively and concisely in writing and verbally.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques, such as use case diagrams, process mapping, power and influence mapping, and impact assessments.What's on OfferA competitive salary and flexible working arrangements.
