An experienced Business Analyst is required to support a major healthcare transformation programme. The role will focus on gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, mapping current and future state processes, and supporting the delivery of effective business solutions.
  • Competitive day rate of £400-£500 per day outside IR35.

A large public sector healthcare organisation delivering clinical and community services, currently undertaking a significant transformation programme to improve service delivery, operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.

Job Description

  • Elicit, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Produce current and future state process maps.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Support business process improvement and transformation activities.
  • Work closely with clinical, operational and project teams.
  • Ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
  • Assist with change, transformation and service improvement initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

    • Proven Business Analysis experience within healthcare environments.
    • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience facilitating workshops and conducting business analysis activities.
    • Expertise in process mapping and business process improvement.
    • Ability to document functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Experience supporting digital, transformation or service improvement programmes.
    • Strong communication and documentation skills.
    • Experience within mental health services or Mental Health Trusts is desirable.
