Job Description

Business Development Executive, Reading:

  • Identifies and develops new business opportunities across target markets
  • Manages the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing customers
  • Supports account growth through proactive commercial activity
  • Prepares and presents tailored proposals to prospective clients
  • Monitors market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Maintains accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
  • Works closely with internal teams to deliver customer solutions
