Job Description

  • Develop and implement category strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Source and select confectionery products to meet customer needs and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure the best terms and performance.
  • Analyse sales and market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure effective stock management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant
