Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of care services, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Oversee staff performance, providing guidance and support where needed.
  • Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance care quality.
  • Monitor and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting for regulatory purposes.
