A highly regarded London disputes practice is seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join its litigation team. Due to an increase in workflow, the firm is looking to hire as soon as possible and is open to candidates seeking either a permanent position or a fixed-term contract.

Job Description

You will play a key role across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on matters from inception through to resolution. The caseload is likely to include:

  • High-value commercial litigation
  • Civil fraud and asset recovery matters
  • Contractual and shareholder disputes
  • Enforcement actions
  • Injunctive relief applications
  • Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes



The team is known for handling sophisticated matters for businesses, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals, often involving complex strategic issues and international elements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified Solicitor
  • Have strong experience handling civil disputes matters
  • Be comfortable managing significant responsibility and client contact
  • Possess excellent drafting, analytical and case management skills
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced disputes environment
  • Have experience of High Court litigation and complex contentious matters
  • Applications are welcome from both Associate and Senior Associate-level lawyers with a proven track record in contentious work.
  • Need to be available to start at short notice
