We are seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with proven expertise in onboarding high‑risk client types, including Trusts, Funds, SPVs, Complex Corporate Structures, and other non‑standard or enhanced‑risk entities. Hybrid role, requiring two days a week in our London office, with the remainder worked remotely. Candidates must be immediately available.

Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring all KYC requirements are met.
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) and specialist onboarding for high‑risk client structures such as Trusts, Funds, SPVs, Partnerships, and Offshore Entities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Onboarding Analyst - KYC should have:

  • A strong understanding of KYC processes and regulatory compliance within financial services and banking.
  • Previous experience onboarding high‑risk clients, including complex and non‑standard structures (e.g., Trusts, Funds, SPVs).
  • Strong understanding of KYC, AML, EDD, and risk categorisation.
