Job Description

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
  • Maintain and update client records within the company database with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
  • Respond to client queries promptly and provide clear and professional communication.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing onboarding materials and welcome packs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during the onboarding process.
  • Support the secretarial and business support team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and contribute to process enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Onboarding Assistant should have:
