Job Description

The responsibilities of the Client Operations Assistant include:

  • Maintaining accurate data across internal systems
  • Assisting with report production and distribution
  • Processing client onboarding applications and trade entries
  • Supporting dealing, settlement and cash management processes
  • Handling client enquiries via email and telephone within agreed SLAs
  • Assisting with reconciliations, payments and ad-hoc operational projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Operations Assistant should have:

  • A background in financial services or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail and an ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues.
  • An understanding of the banking and financial services industry.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
